Senior Full Stack Java Engineer – Java, Angular

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and troubleshoot new product features from start to finish.

• Create and manage RESTful APIs using Java 21 / Spring Boot.

• Establish and uphold Redis-based caching methodologies.

• Construct reactive Angular 19 components.

• Develop end-to-end and unit tests concentrating on essential business logic.

• Collaborate with AWS for storage solutions, deployment, monitoring, and AI integrations.

• Communicate proactively about feature complexities or changes in scope.

• Engage actively in Agile ceremonies and meetings with clients.

• Collaborate with fellow engineers to ensure code quality throughout the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 8 years of professional software development experience.

• Strong, practical knowledge of Java 21 and contemporary Spring Boot practices.

• Direct experience with Angular (from version 14 to Angular 19 is highly preferred).

• Proficient in writing and analyzing SQL against PostgreSQL.

• Previous experience with MyBatis, Hibernate, or another similar ORM.

• Familiarity with Redis for caching or pub/sub patterns in a production environment.

• Practical experience with AWS services (S3, ECS, CloudWatch).

• Strong commitment to testing best practices.

• Outstanding communication skills in English.
