Senior Full-Stack Engineer – TradeTerm

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• We are developing a Trading Terminal— a platform aimed at reviewing and replaying trades, tailored for prop firms and traders. This platform integrates order flow visualization with replay, auditing, and execution within a single system.

• Our approach is specification-driven: we plan thoroughly before we commence building.

• Constructing real-time market data pipelines (including Level 2 data and order book reconstruction).

• Creating order flow visualizations (such as footprints, heatmaps, DOM, profiles, CVD).

• Enhancing the trading interface (integration of charts, DOM, tape, and order panel for seamless operation).

• Developing live data features for collaborations with prop firms.

• Connecting with market data providers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of engineering experience.

• Proficient in backend systems, particularly low-latency backends.

• Familiarity with contemporary frontend frameworks (React 18+ / TypeScript).

• Active trader in futures or crypto, with a focus on day trading or scalping.

• Specification-driven, AI-enhanced development: you engage in thorough planning and effectively collaborate with AI agents.

• Experience in handling real-time market data: WebSocket streaming, order books, Level 2 depth.

• Capability to generate your own product specifications.

• Skill in making UX decisions informed by the UX guidelines and advice from a UX consultant.

• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
