Senior Full-Stack Engineer, React/Node.js

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain production-ready applications utilizing React, Node.js, and TypeScript.

• Create backend services, APIs, integrations, and implement server-side validation.

• Oversee PostgreSQL schemas, migrations, queries, indexes, and optimize performance.

• Produce unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.

• Architect scalable systems employing caching, queues, and background processing.

• Enhance legacy code and aid in ongoing technical improvements.

• Work collaboratively with the team while effectively communicating technical choices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of professional experience in software engineering.

• Proficient in React, Node.js, and TypeScript with recent experience.

• Comprehensive full-stack knowledge; candidates with a focus solely on frontend will not be considered.

• Practical experience with PostgreSQL, including migrations and indexing.

• Experience working in production environments with AWS.

• Familiarity with ECS/Fargate, containers, S3, and CloudFront is preferred.

• Background in system design, third-party integrations, and end-to-end testing.

• Proficient in utilizing AI coding tools like Claude.

• Strong communication skills in both English and Russian.

• Experience in fintech or payments is preferred, with knowledge of ACH, reconciliation, compliance, and idempotency.
