Senior Full-stack Engineer, Python/React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Develop, launch, and sustain full-stack applications, transforming design ideas and wireframes into polished, production-ready outputs.

• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to determine requirements, devise technical solutions, and produce high-quality software.

• Build reusable components and patterns, write clean and testable code, and contribute to the technical standards and roadmaps across the technology stack.

• Rapidly prototype new features, troubleshoot intricate systems, and efficiently address technical challenges.

• Enhance the observability, resilience, and security of our systems.

• Actively engage in engineering practices, participate in technical discussions, and assist the team in innovating through AI-enabled workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of professional software development experience.

• Strong emphasis on Python; skilled in crafting clean, efficient, and scalable backend services, APIs, and data processing pipelines.

• Proven experience in developing production frontend applications with modern frameworks, with React being the preferred choice.

• Comfortable using AI-enabled development tools and workflows.

• Experience managing multi-step AI/agent-driven workflows, coupled with sound judgment when evaluating AI-generated code.

• Extensive experience in building and utilizing APIs, integrating frontend applications with backend services, and connecting third-party systems.

• Strong foundation in responsive design, accessibility, frontend performance, scalable UI architecture, and backend security.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, automated testing (including Pytest and frontend counterparts), containerization, and cloud platforms.
