Senior Full Stack Engineer – .NET/React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• In the role of Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will take charge of designing, developing, testing, and maintaining top-notch software solutions while fostering technical innovation and mentoring less experienced engineers.

• Create, develop, and uphold scalable, efficient, and secure full-stack applications.

• Work together with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.

• Ensure applications exhibit high performance, reliability, and maintainability.

• Build and manage backend services using .NET (C#), PostgreSQL, and SQL Server.

• Develop front-end components utilizing React, Redux, and JavaScript.

• Produce clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to best practices.

• Conduct code reviews, offer constructive feedback, and guide junior engineers.

• Diagnose and debug applications to enhance performance.

• Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends.

• Engage in architectural conversations and contribute to technical decision-making.

• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ongoing integration and deployment.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with business goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in software development, with a solid background in .NET (C#), PostgreSQL, and SQL Server.

• Expertise in React, Redux, and JavaScript for front-end development.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.

• Strong grasp of software architecture, design patterns, and data structures.

• Experience using GitHub for version control and teamwork.

• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is advantageous.
