Senior Full-Stack Engineer, .Net/React – AI Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain comprehensive full-stack features from start to finish: .NET backend services alongside React frontends that introduce AI-driven functionalities into clinician workflows.

• Incorporate AI elements (such as speech-to-text and LLM services) into the Client's platform — managing the infrastructure, error resolution, and user experience that ensure these services operate effectively in production.

• Design and execute REST APIs, event-driven services, and microservice integrations within our Azure-based ecosystem.

• Produce clean, testable code and contribute to CI/CD pipelines, observability, and engineering quality standards.

• Work closely with the Team Lead, other engineers, and Product teams to decompose requirements, estimate tasks, and deliver results iteratively.

• Engage actively in a remote scrum team: partake in sprint ceremonies, conduct PR reviews, and share knowledge.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience with C# and contemporary .NET (.NET Core / .NET 6+)

• More than 3 years of experience developing frontends using React (TypeScript preferred)

• Proficiency in backend design patterns: REST APIs, asynchronous messaging, microservices

• Cloud experience (preferably Azure) along with strong engineering fundamentals (clean design, testing, CI/CD)

• Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous-friendly team environment

• Excellent communication skills in English (B2+)

• Familiarity with Python or a willingness to learn over time (as AI tools, evaluation, and prototyping increasingly occur in Python)

• Knowledge of AKS/Kubernetes, Azure Service Bus, Azure SQL, Azure AI Foundry

• Experience in integrating external AI/ML providers or services (such as speech-to-text, NLP/LLM APIs)

• Background in regulated domains or experience handling sensitive data
