Senior Full Stack Engineer – m/f/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create and enhance user-friendly experiences for search, navigation, category pages, filters, and recommendations.

• Design and uphold frontend applications with a strong emphasis on performance, scalability, and usability.

• Contribute to backend services, APIs, and event-driven systems as required.

• Influence technical decisions related to architecture, tooling, and the evaluation of build-versus-buy options.

• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to define and implement impactful solutions.

• Take full ownership from concept to production, ensuring quality, performance, and operational stability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in developing and delivering complex web applications.

• Strong expertise in frontend development using modern TypeScript-based frameworks.

• Solid full-stack engineering capabilities and a willingness to engage in both frontend and backend work.

• Experience with server-side rendering and performance-driven web development.

• Fundamental understanding of system design, APIs, databases, and cloud-based architectures.

• A product-oriented mindset with the ability to align technical quality with business outcomes.

• Ability to ensure observability of systems in production, including metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting.

• Experience with backend technologies such as Kotlin/Spring Boot, event-driven systems (e.g., Kafka), and cloud environments (AWS).

• High degree of ownership, self-organization, and comfort in working within an autonomous team.

• Strong communication skills in both German and English.
