Senior Full Stack Engineer, MarTech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Design and manage scalable backend services and APIs to ensure smooth interactions between internal systems and external platforms. Technology stack includes NodeJS (Typescript), Java/Kotlin, and ReactJS.

• Collaborate with diverse teams to integrate customer data platforms (CDPs) like Segment, creating custom data pipelines while ensuring efficient collection, processing, and utilization of marketing data.

• Work closely with marketing and growth teams to facilitate A/B testing strategies using platforms such as StatSig, assisting in the optimization of website and app performance based on testing results.

• Integrate advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, TikTok) within the wider MarTech ecosystem to guarantee precise tracking, reporting, and optimization.

• Ensure data integrity and governance for marketing technology integrations and customer data flows, maintaining high accuracy levels in campaign tracking and reporting.

• Monitor and diagnose system integrations, addressing any issues related to data flows, API connections, or platform performance.

• Participate in the on-call rotation to support continuous business operations 24/7.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a dynamic tech environment.

• Proven experience in designing and building scalable and dependable APIs.

• Strong grasp of web technologies, including HTTP methods, web sockets, Server Side Events, and Web Hooks.

• Familiarity with A/B testing platforms like StatSig, including the setup and analysis of experiments for both web and mobile applications.

• In-depth knowledge of advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, TikTok) along with their data and API integrations.

• Excellent communication skills, with the capability to work collaboratively with marketing, product, and engineering teams.

• Proficient in English.

• Experience with AI engineering tools.
