📋 Description

• You take ownership of complete features, overseeing everything from conception and implementation to deployment and operations.

• You utilize modern web technologies such as Next.js, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS to create scalable and maintainable applications.

• You design clean architectures, modular systems, and APIs with an emphasis on performance, security, and stability.

• You design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows (e.g., using GitHub Actions), ensuring automated tests, review processes, and dependable deployment strategies.

• You implement best practices for security, performance, and scalability consistently to deliver production-ready systems.

• You undertake project leadership responsibilities, which include structuring requirements, prioritizing tasks, coordinating alignments, and ensuring timelines are met.

• Several years of hands-on experience as a software engineer working on production web applications.

• A solid grounding in TypeScript and the modern JavaScript ecosystem.

• Experience in designing and evolving larger codebases while adhering to clear structural and quality standards.

• Familiarity with distributed systems, multiple environments, and stable release processes.

• Ability to balance quality, speed, and complexity in real-world product requirements.

• Experience in mentoring and guiding developers, including providing feedback and conducting constructive code reviews.

• Strong and structured communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
