Senior Full Stack Engineer, Growth & Experimentation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +7 more countries.

📋 Description

• Rapidly develop and release consumer-focused features utilizing React Native and TypeScript.

• Take full ownership of experiments from hypothesis creation and design to building, launching, measuring, and iterating.

• Leverage platforms like Statsig for testing on a global scale or within targeted markets.

• Enhance onboarding processes, activation, and feature discovery to boost conversion rates, engagement, and trading revenue.

• Create viral acquisition and value-added growth features within Krak’s current product suite.

• Contribute to backend services and APIs when necessary for experiments.

• Analyze experiment outcomes to determine whether to scale, refine, or discontinue initiatives.

• Make independent technical decisions amidst changing priorities and limited initial planning.

• Collaborate closely with Product on a steady stream of quick, lightweight experiments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of software development experience focused on building and launching large-scale, consumer-oriented applications.

• Extensive hands-on experience with React and React Native.

• Proven track record of conducting growth experiments in consumer-facing companies that yield measurable improvements in conversion, activation, retention, or revenue.

• Proficient in backend development; capable of designing and implementing services and APIs.

• Willingness to work with Rust.

• Strong foundational knowledge in JavaScript and TypeScript.

• Practical experience with APIs, WebSockets, real-time systems, mobile performance, testing, and modern development processes.

• Demonstrated ability to design, execute, and analyze A/B tests, feature flags, statistical significance, product analytics, funnels, and cohort data.

• End-to-end ownership of product features and a robust product engineering mindset.

• Experience in customer-facing products within fintech, digital banking, payments, trading, or cryptocurrency is preferred.

• Familiarity with Statsig or similar experimentation platforms is a plus.

• Experience with Rust is advantageous.

• Knowledge of SQL and self-service analytics is beneficial.

• Fluency in AI concepts is a plus.

• Experience in native mobile development, distributed systems, microservices, or hyperscaling consumer technology is advantageous.
