Senior Full Stack Engineer, CX Tools

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of designing and implementing features within our Javascript stack that captivate customers and significantly impact their lives.

• Continuously iterate on both new and existing features to enhance user experience and performance.

• Actively engage in promoting robust software architecture, developing best practices, and adopting new technologies.

• Elevate the maturity of our technical stack through engineering best practices.

• Participate in the code review process while mentoring fellow engineers.

• Contribute technically to projects as a hands-on coder, resolving roadblocks and addressing technical issues.

• Collaborate with members from Product, Growth, Marketing, Customer Experience, and other teams to consistently refine and enhance our product through an agile methodology.

• Strive for higher uptime levels and support the on-call rotation to ensure the business operates 24/7.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years as a Software Engineer focusing on developing tools and systems for Customer Experience or related fields.

• Backend Interaction: Solid understanding of building and interacting with backend REST APIs.

• Service-Oriented Architecture: Extensive knowledge of service-oriented architectures.

• Proactive Improvement: Capability to proactively identify and leverage opportunities to enhance systems and processes.

• Testing: Experience in implementing and maintaining unit tests and end-to-end (e2e) tests.

• Team Environment: Enjoy working in small teams within a dynamic startup setting.

• Leadership Potential: Enthusiasm for the opportunity to grow into a leadership role as the company evolves.
