Senior Full Stack Engineer, CX Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive operational modules spanning from the React UI to Node.js services and data models.

• Create and deploy high-density data views, intricate operational workflows, and internal tools tailored for CX operators.

• Execute Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) solutions and aggregation layers that utilize both internal microservices and external providers.

• Standardize data payloads and enforce stringent authorization protocols prior to client data access.

• Partner with business stakeholders to gain insights into workflows and minimize handling times.

• Advocate for clean design patterns, practical solutions, and uphold a high standard of quality.

• Mentor colleagues and enhance the overall engineering culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.

• Proficient or advanced English language skills.

• Thorough understanding of React along with solid knowledge of HTML/DOM, CSS, and HTTP.

• Proficiency in TypeScript.

• Demonstrated ability to design and construct well-organized REST APIs using Node.js.

• Strong understanding of API design, service boundaries, error management, and clean backend patterns.

• Comfortable designing relational schemas, crafting efficient queries, and ensuring transactional integrity.

• Practical experience in implementing authentication and authorization processes, particularly Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) for sensitive data.

• Capability to design BFF or aggregation layers that integrate multiple microservices while presenting a clean, secure interface to clients.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.

• Proven history of mentoring engineers, enhancing standards in code reviews, and influencing architectural decisions beyond the immediate scope (highly desirable).

• Experience in developing internal tools, CRM systems, or high-density data applications emphasizing operational efficiency and scalability (highly desirable).

• Experience in highly regulated industries such as Fintech or Healthcare, involving stringent RBAC and data isolation (highly desirable).
