Senior Full Stack Engineer, CX Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Develop fully functional operational modules spanning from the React UI to Node.js services and data models.

• Create and deploy high-density data visualizations, intricate operational workflows, and internal tools for the CX platform.

• Execute Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) implementations and aggregation layers that utilize both internal microservices and external providers.

• Standardize data payloads and enforce stringent authorization protocols prior to data being delivered to the client.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to comprehend workflows and streamline handling times.

• Advocate for clean coding practices, practical design approaches, and superior engineering standards.

• Provide mentorship to colleagues and contribute to enhancing the overall engineering culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer in a high-paced and dynamic setting.

• Proficient or advanced in the English language.

• Advanced skills in React and UI engineering.

• Strong foundation in HTML/DOM, CSS, and HTTP protocols.

• Proficiency in TypeScript.

• Demonstrated ability to design and implement well-structured REST APIs using Node.js.

• Solid understanding of API design, service boundaries, error handling, and clean backend architectures.

• Experience in designing relational schemas, crafting efficient queries, and ensuring transactional integrity.

• Practical experience in implementing authentication and authorization processes, particularly Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) for sensitive data.

• Capability to design backend-for-frontend or aggregation layers that integrate multiple microservices and present a clean, secure interface to the client.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient or advanced in the English language.
