Senior Full Stack Engineer, CX Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive operational modules from React UI to Node.js services and data models.

• Create and deliver high-density data views, intricate operational workflows, and internal tools for the CX platform.

• Implement Backend for Frontend (BFF) solutions and aggregation layers that utilize internal microservices and external providers.

• Standardize payloads and enforce stringent authorization protocols before data is delivered to clients.

• Work alongside business stakeholders to comprehend workflows and minimize handling times.

• Advocate for clean coding practices, practical design approaches, and superior engineering standards.

• Provide mentorship to colleagues and enhance the engineering culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.

• Proficient or advanced English language skills.

• Strong expertise in React with solid foundations in HTML/DOM, CSS, and HTTP.

• Proficiency in TypeScript.

• Demonstrated capability to design and construct well-structured REST APIs using Node.js.

• Comprehensive understanding of API design, service boundaries, error handling, and clean backend patterns.

• Experience in designing relational schemas, writing efficient queries, and ensuring transactional integrity.

• Practical experience in implementing authentication and authorization flows, particularly Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) for sensitive data.

• Skilled in designing backend-for-frontend or aggregation layers that leverage multiple microservices while providing a clean, secure interface for clients.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.

• Technical leadership, mentoring, code reviews, and architectural influence are highly preferred.

• Experience in developing internal tools, CRM systems, or applications with high-density data is highly desirable.

• A background in highly regulated industries such as Fintech or Healthcare is particularly advantageous.
