• Engage with the entire technology stack, choosing the right layer to address challenges.

• Create reusable patterns and abstractions that enhance the efficiency of future product development.

• Diagnose and address the engineering root causes behind consistent issues, manual interventions, and support demands.

• Oversee production health and probe incidents to determine their underlying causes.

• Contribute to deployment pipelines and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).

• Leverage AI and automation to shorten team cycle times while upholding quality, safety, and trust.

• Take ownership of results from decision-making to release and iteration.

• Highlight trade-offs and make well-informed engineering choices.

• Collaborate with product teams, support personnel, and non-technical stakeholders to provide impactful solutions.
