Senior Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with an agile team to design, test, and maintain Q4 software applications.

• Write and uphold codebases that demonstrate a high standard of quality across all your tasks.

• Develop and conduct unit tests for applications in alignment with established Q4 standards.

• Play a role in the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of both new and existing features.

• Adhere to Q4's software development lifecycle, fulfilling commitments and delivering on your promises.

• Communicate effectively and consistently with teammates and your team lead.

• Participate and contribute in company development meetings.

• Collaborate closely with QA to create high-quality code and automate processes according to QA standards.

• Assist in the formulation of user stories and estimates.

• Ensure the software you create is thoroughly documented.

• Undertake any other reasonable tasks as requested by senior management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in Software Development.

• More than 2 years as an Intermediate Fullstack Developer with expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.

• Demonstrated success in developing both front-end and back-end applications.

• Familiarity with various software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.

• Experience in both technical planning and the implementation of software design.

• Proficient in requirements gathering, analysis techniques, and process improvement strategies.
