Senior Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the architecture and design of full stack systems

• Take charge of various initiatives

• Oversee the complete execution from frontend to backend

• Enhance the performance of existing systems

• Act as the technical cornerstone of the team

• Manage the technical roadmap effectively

• Provide technical insights and recommendations

• Facilitate coordination and communication across teams

• Utilize AI coding tools to expedite the development process

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in software engineering

• Demonstrated ability to lead a team in executing and launching features

• Strong expertise in Go, Python, Ruby, or similar backend languages/frameworks

• Solid frontend development skills with React, TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js, or comparable modern web technologies

• Practical experience in designing, building, and scaling distributed systems that effectively manage real-world traffic

• Proficient in AI-assisted development tools (such as Claude, Codex, Copilot, etc.)

• A T-shaped engineer or generalist with deep knowledge in at least one domain (e.g., API design, data pipelines, event-driven architectures, infrastructure)

• A proactive approach to ownership

• Ability to navigate through ambiguity

• Experience in developing high-traffic consumer applications

• Understanding of the technologies, trade-offs, and design patterns emerging in current web services and cloud-native architectures

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
