Senior Full Stack Engineer, AI Builder

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Determine what to develop based on the highest customer impact each sprint and guide it to production.

• Create AI-driven solutions utilizing OCR, document comprehension, generation, agent loops, and evaluation frameworks.

• Rapidly produce prototypes and transition them to production-quality deliverables.

• Collaborate directly with clients by assessing claims, underwriting interfaces, and broker processes.

• Recognize user bottlenecks and make decisions on necessary enhancements.

• Enhance the codebase through reviews, refactoring, testability, and observability initiatives.

• Elevate team capabilities, agents, internal resources, and engineering practices.

• Design AI-enhanced insurance solutions for claims, underwriting, distribution, and document automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in developing production systems.

• Proven history of delivering complex, customer-oriented software, not merely maintaining it.

• Developed and deployed at least one significant AI-driven feature.

• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, testing, web security, and performance optimization.

• Extensive knowledge of at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Familiarity with additional listed cloud platforms enough to engage in discussions.

• Capability to articulate a tradeoff to a non-technical stakeholder in two minutes and to an engineer in one.

• Proficient in quickly adopting a new tool and delivering results within a week.

• Experience in deploying tangible solutions using LLMs or agents.

• Practical experience with Node.js, TypeScript, Nest.js, Vue, React, GraphQL, MongoDB, Docker, AWS, or similar technologies.
