Senior Full-Stack Developer – TypeScript, SaaS Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with Product Management and the Managing Director of MEP24

• Enhance the mina.works SaaS platform utilizing TypeScript, Node.js, and React

• Engage in full-stack development, covering both backend services and the user interface

• Assume responsibility for technical decisions and contribute to the evolution of the platform architecture

• Work with distributed services and implement event-driven workflows utilizing Event Sourcing, CQRS, and RabbitMQ

• Create clear and user-friendly REST APIs

• Utilize PostgreSQL and Redis for caching and message processing

• Convert business requirements into intuitive features for users

• Ensure the platform's maintainability, reliability, and smooth service integration

• Contribute to the development of the team, processes, and quality standards

• Promote the team's adoption of AI-driven development practices

• Employ AI tools with continuous coaching and support

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of three years of professional software development experience

• Strong proficiency in React for frontend development and Node.js for backend services

• Significant hands-on experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and React in production environments

• Expertise in PostgreSQL, Redis, and message brokers such as RabbitMQ or similar technologies

• Experience with distributed systems where multiple services interact with each other

• Comprehensive understanding of Event Sourcing, CQRS, and event-driven architectures

• Familiarity with REST API design, Git, and monorepos, especially pnpm Workspaces

• Knowledge of Vite and Ant Design or a similar UI library for business applications

• Open-minded towards AI-assisted software development and eager to effectively utilize relevant tools

• Independent and structured work approach with a passion for collaboratively defining requirements and technical solutions

• Nice to have: Experience with Playwright, Fastify or Hapi, as well as Sequelize or similar SQL ORM

• Nice to have: Basic DevOps knowledge, particularly in Linux and CI/CD, along with experience in Caddy, Ansible, or Hetzner Cloud or dedicated servers

• Nice to have: Understanding of workforce planning, HR, or workforce management
