Senior Full Stack Developer – Shopify

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop scalable, high-performance eCommerce solutions utilizing Shopify (including Hydrogen/Storefront API), Gadget.dev, and headless CMS platforms.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as design, product, DevOps, and QA to architect, create, and deploy robust eCommerce applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Shopify development, including Shopify Plus, Storefront API, Admin API, and Checkout customization.

• In-depth knowledge of Hydrogen, Oxygen, Liquid, Shopify Functions, and theme development.

• Front-end technologies: React, Next.js/Remix, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript.

• Back-end technologies: Node.js, Express.js, serverless functions.

• Proficient in databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Shopify-native metafields & customer objects.

• Experience in designing GraphQL schemas and using Apollo or Relay.

• Significant experience with Gadget.dev, particularly in developing Shopify-integrated applications and workflow automations.

• Familiarity with headless CMS platforms like Contentful, Sanity, or AEM.

• Demonstrated leadership skills within development teams.

• Excellent communicator who prioritizes documentation and asynchronous collaboration.

• Comfortable mentoring fellow engineers and setting a positive example.

• Enthusiastic about eCommerce innovation and committed to delivering elegant, user-focused solutions.
