Senior Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Engage in the evolution of a modern, scalable architecture tailored for AI-First products.

• Spearhead technical engineering choices with an emphasis on performance, security, observability, and user experience.

• Create robust backend solutions in .NET for distributed systems and intricate integrations.

• Enhance React interfaces utilized in production, ensuring superior technical quality and an outstanding user experience.

• Leverage AI tools in daily development to expedite delivery, facilitate analysis, refactorings, and test creation.

• Act as a technical reference for the team, mentoring mid-level and junior developers through code reviews and architectural guidance.

• Collaborate on technical decisions with Product, Design, QA, and other engineering domains.

• Function in environments characterized by a high degree of autonomy, ambiguity, and technical responsibility.

• Participate in AI-agent-driven automated development pipelines, playing a crucial role in reviewing technical specifications and implementations crafted by multiple agents.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in .NET 8+.

• Extensive experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and Design Patterns.

• Strong background in microservices architecture and distributed systems.

• Expertise in developing GraphQL APIs.

• Experience with both relational and non-relational databases, including SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Qdrant.

• Advanced knowledge of messaging systems and tools like RabbitMQ and Redis.

• Robust experience with unit, integration, and performance testing.

• Proficient with Git, including branching strategies and CI/CD pipelines.

• Practical experience with React 18+, TypeScript 4.9+, and contemporary JavaScript (ES2022).

• Familiarity with frontend state management and the development/consumption of Design Systems.

• Experience with rendering strategies such as SSR, SSG, ISR, and CSR.

• Knowledge of observability and application monitoring using tools like Sentry, Datadog, New Relic, or similar.

• Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and concentrate on problem-solving.

• Regular use of AI tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code, or comparable technologies.

• Strong capability to review, validate, and enhance AI-generated outputs.

• Experience in orchestrating AI agents for tasks such as code generation, testing, refactoring, and context exploration.
