Senior Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• - **Cloud-Native Development:** Design and develop high-performance web applications utilizing **React, Node.js, and TypeScript**. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle, encompassing frontend UI components and backend business logic.

• - **Infrastructure as Code (IaC):** Spearhead the establishment of cloud environments through Terraform. You will prioritize infrastructure as a primary focus, ensuring that all client environments are reproducible, version-controlled, and secure.

• - **Serverless Architecture:** Create and implement event-driven solutions utilizing AWS Lambda and other AWS services. You are required to be proficient in managing serverless state, permissions (IAM), and performance optimization.

• - **AI-Accelerated Workflow:** Actively employ AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude) to enhance delivery, automate testing, and refactor legacy code, while ensuring rigorous manual oversight for security and quality.

• - **Automation & CI/CD:** Construct and oversee automated pipelines that connect application code with infrastructure deployment, guaranteeing a smooth "push-to-deploy" experience.

• - **Consultative Leadership:** Serve as a subject matter expert within client "pods," mentoring junior engineers and confidently presenting architectural plans to customer stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• - Demonstrated commercial experience in a Full Stack Development position.

• - Extensive experience in event-driven architectures.

• - Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with React Native, React, Node.js, TypeScript, and Angular.

• - Experience in mobile engineering to develop modular, reusable components.

• - Strong expertise in AWS Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, as well as AWS Serverless technologies such as Lambda.

• - Solid experience with automation, CI/CD principles, and familiarity with tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline.

• - Proficient in working with REST APIs and other third-party APIs.

• - Experience using GraphQL.

• - Strong working knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, ECS).

• - Background in automated testing.

• - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven track record of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• - A consultative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the capacity to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• - Comfortable operating in agile, client-facing environments with a degree of autonomy and ownership.
