Senior Full-Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain full-stack applications, utilizing Node.js/Python for back-end and React/Next.js for front-end;

• Establish solution architecture, encompassing data modeling, integrations, and the selection of technical patterns;

• Create and manage REST and GraphQL APIs to facilitate system communication;

• Oversee data storage solutions using PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis;

• Integrate and advance AI agent functionalities with OpenAI and Anthropic;

• Construct and maintain infrastructure on AWS (S3, EC2, Lambda) and container platforms like Docker/Kubernetes;

• Conduct code reviews, set best practices, and mentor junior developers;

• Engage in architectural decisions and establish technical priorities in collaboration with Tech leadership;

• Work alongside business teams to gather requirements and suggest technical solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or a similar discipline;

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in full-stack development;

• Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js, Nest.js) and Python (Flask or FastAPI);

• Proficient in React or Next.js for front-end development;

• Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL), NoSQL (MongoDB), and caching solutions (Redis);

• Experience in designing and maintaining REST and GraphQL APIs;

• Practical experience with AWS (S3, EC2, Lambda);

• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes;

• Proficient in Git and GitHub workflows;

• Demonstrated involvement in architecture decisions and technical trade-offs.
