Senior Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance backend services that facilitate real-time collaboration for teams engaged in billion-pound projects.

• Design solutions for intricate data synchronization issues across various construction planning systems.

• Craft seamless frontend experiences utilizing React and TypeScript, simplifying complex workflows.

• Create and implement WebSocket-based functionalities for live updates among distributed construction teams.

• Enhance application performance for systems managing extensive project datasets.

• Contribute to our serverless infrastructure and event-driven architecture.

• Engage in code reviews to uplift engineering standards within the team.

• Work asynchronously with our global team, primarily collaborating with colleagues in the PH timezone.

⛳️ Requirements

• Located in the Philippines with a reliable internet connection.

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in software engineering, proficient in JavaScript or TypeScript.

• Extensive experience with React and contemporary frontend patterns (we utilize Redux on the client side).

• Demonstrated backend development expertise - you've constructed and scaled production systems.

• Familiarity with real-time applications and WebSocket implementations.

• In-depth knowledge of database design and optimization (NoSQL experience is preferred).

• Proven ability to deliver high-quality code through peer reviews and testing.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective asynchronous collaboration.

• Highly regarded: Experience with Node.js, serverless architectures, and event-driven systems.

• Understanding of Redis for caching and real-time functionalities.

• Basic knowledge of Go or Python for backend services.

• Experience with GCP or similar cloud platforms.

• Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline processes.

• Experience with Flutter or mobile development.
