Senior Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop and deploy features across the platform, including inventory and SKU workspaces, purchasing and planning workflows, dashboards, and data-intensive tables using Next.js and React with TypeScript.

• Engage with the NetSuite sync layer by writing and maintaining SuiteQL queries and sync pipelines to ensure that inventory, sales, and stock data flows accurately into PostgreSQL, allowing reliable data transfer from the ERP to the platform.

• Design and refine the database schema in Drizzle, which involves writing and reviewing migrations, ensuring queries remain accurate and efficient as data volume increases.

• Troubleshoot the end-to-end ERP-to-platform data flow when issues arise, such as missing fields, stale or duplicated data, or slow queries and syncs, by implementing appropriate fixes rather than applying temporary workarounds.

• Ensure the performance of heavy pages and queries by monitoring critical paths, optimizing queries and indexes, and being intentional about the volume of data sent to the client.

• Reliably implement background and queue work using BullMQ/Redis, ensuring idempotent jobs that prevent work duplication and maintain data synchronization.

• Maintain a healthy codebase by developing a clean, reusable component architecture (Tailwind + shadcn/ui), creating permission-aware server actions, ensuring test coverage throughout, and actively participating in code reviews.

• Contribute to technical decisions and influence the direction of the platform.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional full-stack development experience, including shipping and managing production web applications from start to finish.

• Extensive hands-on experience with React and Next.js or similar technologies in large-scale production applications.

• Proficient in TypeScript, capable of writing clean, type-safe code throughout the entire application.

• Strong understanding of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL, with the ability to write and analyze SQL directly (including joins, indexes, and query performance) rather than relying solely on ORM.

• Production experience with a type-safe ORM and migration workflow, particularly with Drizzle or similar technologies (e.g., Prisma), encompassing schema design, migrations, and transactions.

• Confidence in integrating with third-party and backend APIs, transforming external responses into typed, application-ready data, and managing pagination, retries, rate limits, and failures.

• Security-focused by default, knowledgeable in SQL injection prevention, parameterization, input validation, and enforcing authentication and permissions for all server-side mutations.

• Experience in writing and maintaining tests and enhancing an existing test suite.

• Comfortable taking ownership of an inherited, partially documented codebase, developing a comprehensive understanding from the code and documentation prior to making changes, while being pragmatic about existing patterns and technical debt.

• Strong command of Tailwind CSS and familiarity with a component library such as shadcn/ui or a comparable alternative.

• Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English at C2/C1 level.
