Senior Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Designing and developing scalable backend services utilizing PHP (Laravel)

• Creating and maintaining RESTful APIs for both internal and external integrations

• Implementing intricate business logic related to loan origination workflows, offer presentation logic, funding, and settlement processes

• Integrating with third-party APIs

• Crafting clean database architectures in MySQL

• Composing optimized queries while ensuring data integrity

• Refactoring legacy code to enhance scalability and maintainability

• Assisting with development in React.js

• Operating within AWS infrastructure (EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, etc.)

• Collaborating with DevOps on continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in backend or full stack development

• Extensive experience with PHP (Laravel framework is mandatory)

• Proficiency in React.js

• Strong experience in MySQL database design and optimization

• Familiarity with AWS environments

• Significant experience in integrating external APIs (REST is necessary)

• Background in fintech, lending, payments, or financial platforms (required)

• Solid understanding of secure coding practices, authentication and authorization models, API-driven architecture, webhooks, and asynchronous processing

• Capability to debug complex cross-system issues

• Experience in structured Jira-based sprint environments

• Commitment to clean and maintainable coding standards

• Minimum English proficiency of B2+
