Senior Full Stack Developer, Angular, Java

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain secure and scalable full-stack solutions aimed at modernizing the myTTB platform.

• Create Java-based RESTful services alongside Angular user interfaces.

• Develop reusable UI components utilizing Storybook.

• Implement forms that are driven by configuration.

• Design and enhance PostgreSQL data models for optimal performance.

• Manage changes to the database schema using Liquibase.

• Create cloud-native solutions within the Azure environment.

• Implement authentication and authorization protocols utilizing Keycloak.

• Collaborate closely with development leadership, product managers, UX designers, and fellow developers.

• Deliver user experiences that are intuitive and supported by reliable, maintainable services.

• Utilize GitLab CI/CD alongside modern software engineering methodologies.

• Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship, and troubleshoot complex issues in production.

• Engage throughout the entire software engineering lifecycle.

• Develop unit and integration tests to ensure high code quality.

• Take ownership of smaller tasks within larger projects.

• Promote asynchronous communication and work effectively in a remote setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in full stack development, specifically with Java, Angular, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, and Azure.

• More than 5 years of experience implementing authentication and authorization solutions using Keycloak or similar technologies.

• At least 5 years of experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks.

• Over 2 years of experience with DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

• Must be a US citizen.

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

• Must reside in the US, be authorized to work in the US, and perform work in the US.

• Must have resided in the US for 3 full years out of the last 5 years.

• Angular Developer Certification is preferred.

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.

• A Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, mathematics, or an equivalent field is preferred.

• Working experience in Azure Cloud is advantageous.
