Senior Full-stack Developer, AI Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Create comprehensive web applications from start to finish.

• Utilize DotNET Framework and .NET Core for backend development, alongside modern frontend frameworks such as Vue.js, React, and Angular.

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance systems using cloud-native technologies like Azure or AWS.

• Develop and manage relational databases, primarily focusing on MS SQL, while ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.

• Lead development initiatives employing Agile methodologies, emphasizing Lean software development principles.

• Implement SOLID principles and design patterns to produce maintainable, high-quality code.

• Create unit tests and integration tests to guarantee the reliability and stability of your code.

• Work collaboratively in a diverse, multicultural team environment that values every member's ideas.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by mentoring peers and sharing knowledge.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of professional experience in software development.

• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

• Proficient in .NET/C#.

• Experience with ReactJS, Angular, or VueJS.

• Familiarity with cloud-native technologies within Azure or AWS.

• Experience in relational database design, with a preference for MS SQL.

• Background in SOLID principles and design patterns.

• Proficient in spoken and written English.

• Experience in AI and modern development practices.

• Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, TeamCity, or Octopus is preferred.

• Familiarity with AI coding assistants (such as Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, etc.) to enhance development efficiency.

• Experience deploying AI features into production.

• Nice to Have: Proven experience integrating with Azure OpenAI or the OpenAI API.

• Hands-on experience with at least one vector database (such as Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Qdrant, or PGVector).

• Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns.

• Familiarity with AI frameworks such as Semantic Kernel or similar.
