Senior Full Stack Consultant, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Assist prominent organizations in transforming AI and software innovations into tangible business value.

• Architect and develop scalable enterprise applications utilizing Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and contemporary software architecture.

• Create responsive web applications with Angular or React using TypeScript.

• Design and integrate APIs, databases, and event-driven components with tools like OpenAPI, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and SQL/NoSQL databases.

• Incorporate Generative AI features, including LLMs, RAG pipelines, AI agents, and tool-based workflows.

• Connect AI functionalities with enterprise systems via REST APIs, events, or Model Context Protocol.

• Automate application builds, testing, and deployments using CI/CD, containers, and cloud-native technologies on platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

• Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and client teams.

• Convert business requirements into efficient technical solutions.

• Contribute through code reviews, technical discussions, and comprehensive documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification obtained through professional experience.

• Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in backend or full-stack software development.

• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot, encompassing REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations.

• Practical experience with Angular or React and TypeScript.

• Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, or MongoDB.

• Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform: Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

• Proven ability in building and integrating AI-enabled applications, including LLMs, prompt engineering, semantic/vector search, RAG, AI agents, agentic workflows, model-provider SDKs, and MCP.

• Experience with CI/CD, containers, automated testing, code reviews, error handling, logging, and monitoring.

• Proficient in English.

• Proficiency in German is a significant advantage.

• Experience with production-ready RAG solutions, AI agents, MCP, Python or C#, AI platforms/services, AI quality practices, Kafka, Infrastructure as Code, Kubernetes, OpenShift, or Terraform, as well as relevant certifications, distinguishes candidates.
