Senior Full Stack Consultant, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Assist leading organizations in transforming AI and software innovations into tangible business value.

• Create and develop scalable enterprise applications utilizing Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and contemporary software architecture principles.

• Emphasize clean coding practices, performance optimization, and automated testing.

• Construct responsive web applications using Angular or React with TypeScript.

• Design and integrate APIs, databases, and event-driven components using OpenAPI, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and various SQL or NoSQL databases.

• Incorporate generative AI functionalities, including LLMs, RAG pipelines, AI agents, and tool-based workflows.

• Connect AI functionalities with enterprise systems through REST APIs, events, or Model Context Protocol.

• Automate application builds, testing, and deployments utilizing CI/CD pipelines, containers, and cloud-native technologies on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

• Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and client teams to convert business requirements into technical solutions.

• Contribute through code reviews, technical discussions, and comprehensive documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification obtained through professional experience.

• A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in backend or full-stack software development.

• Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot, including REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations.

• Practical experience with Angular or React and TypeScript.

• Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases, such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, or MongoDB.

• Practical experience with at least one cloud platform: Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

• Hands-on experience in building and integrating AI-enabled applications, including LLMs, prompt engineering, semantic/vector search, RAG, AI agents, agentic workflows, model-provider SDKs, and MCP.

• Familiarity with CI/CD, containers, automated testing, code reviews, error handling, logging, and monitoring.

• Proficient in German and possess very good English language skills.

• Experience with production-ready RAG solutions, including document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, retrieval, validation, and response evaluation.

• Background in developing AI agents that can plan tasks, utilize tools, and prepare or execute actions in enterprise systems.

• Proficient in an additional programming language such as Python or C#.

• Experience with AI platforms/services such as Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or OpenAI APIs.

• Familiarity with AI quality practices such as automated evaluations, guardrails, observability, and tracing.

• Experience with Kafka, Infrastructure as Code, Kubernetes, OpenShift, or Terraform is a plus.

• Experience in regulated industries or relevant certifications in cloud, Java, frontend, or AI is an advantage.
