Senior Full-Stack AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Convert proofs of concept, scripts, and experimental AI or automation solutions into secure, scalable, and reliable production applications.

• Take ownership of projects from start to finish, encompassing business discovery, requirements gathering, architecture design, full-stack development, cloud deployment, production support, and ongoing improvement.

• Collaborate with the CTO Office, FinOps, Operations, Sales, and Pre-Sales teams.

• Develop responsive frontends, Python backends, APIs, integrations, and automated workflows utilizing AWS serverless and containerized services.

• Create agentic AI systems using LangChain and LangGraph, including RAG, tool calling, multi-agent orchestration, custom MCP servers, and reusable internal AI capabilities.

• Establish CI/CD pipelines utilizing GitHub Actions.

• Write infrastructure as code and implement automated testing.

• Configure logging, monitoring, failure recovery, and operational observability using CloudWatch and ELK.

• Manage authentication, secrets, certificates, and access controls through OAuth 2.0, SAML, JWT, SSL/TLS, and secret management practices.

• Define practical development guidelines for the CTO Office.

• Document systems and effectively communicate technical risks and trade-offs.

• Contribute to FinOps automation, enterprise AI enablement, meeting assistants, internal productivity tools, and AI-driven platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in full-stack engineering.

• Demonstrated ability to independently design, deploy, and manage software in a production environment.

• Capability to refactor disorganized scripts, legacy code, or early-stage prototypes into maintainable production systems.

• Extensive expertise in Python, preferably with FastAPI.

• Proficient in modern TypeScript/JavaScript frameworks, such as Vue.js or React.

• Practical experience in building, scaling, and managing AWS workloads.

• Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or AWS CDK.

• Production experience with LangChain, LangGraph, agent orchestration, tool integration, RAG, and error recovery in non-deterministic AI systems.

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions.

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Hands-on experience using Cursor, Claude Code, or Windsurf.

• Ability to operate with a high level of autonomy without dedicated QA, DevOps, or SRE teams.

• In-depth knowledge of distributed systems, relational and NoSQL database design, design patterns, and enterprise security standards.
