Senior Full Stack AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create responsive front-end applications using React and TypeScript exclusively.

• Build scalable backend services and APIs leveraging Python and Rust.

• Seamlessly integrate applications with AWS or GCP infrastructures.

• Design and oversee databases, integrations, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Optionally implement AI features that involve LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and agents.

• Monitor and enhance application reliability, performance, security, and cost efficiency.

• Take ownership of features from start to finish, influence technical decisions, and contribute to the development of enterprise AI products.

• Report directly to the Tech Lead.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in software engineering.

• Proficient in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Experience in production environments with React.

• Knowledge of backend APIs and distributed systems.

• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Understanding of Kubernetes.

• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Strong communication skills, product thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

• Flexibility to work remotely.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the year to collaborate with the team in person.

• Familiarity with profiling tools and performance optimization methods.

• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

• Experience with Rust, Go, or any other statically typed language is a bonus.

• Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, AI agents, and prompt evaluation is a plus.

• Proficiency in specific tools/languages pertinent to the role is considered a preferred qualification.
