This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco.
• Establish and nurture long-lasting, trustworthy relationships with healthcare clients and candidates.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts, gaining a deep understanding of their staffing needs to ensure efficient shift fulfillment.
• Identify, interview, and recruit top-tier healthcare candidates to create a strong talent pipeline.
• Organize temporary staffing bookings and manage shift allocations with an emphasis on speed and precision.
• Align suitable candidates with specific opportunities based on their skills, experience, and the culture of the client.
• Oversee candidate availability and strategic workforce planning to accommodate changing demands.
• Supervise compliance and onboarding procedures to guarantee that all placements adhere to stringent healthcare standards.
• Address client and candidate inquiries professionally, ensuring high levels of service.
• Keep precise records within internal systems and assist in achieving the team’s performance goals.
• Foster business growth through proactive account management and outstanding relationship development.
• Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal, paired with a professional telephone demeanor.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities with the capacity to handle multiple priorities at once.
• Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under pressure while maintaining composure in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented setting.
• Keen attention to detail, especially regarding compliance and data integrity.
• A proactive, self-driven mindset with a focus on finding solutions.
