Senior Full-Cycle Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete recruiting process, from sourcing to extending offers.

• Proactively seek out candidates instead of just reviewing incoming applications.

• Conduct screenings and interviews with potential hires.

• Oversee assessments and ensure timely follow-up.

• Develop candidate pipelines for challenging-to-fill roles.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers.

• Maintain an organized and up-to-date Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Recruit talent across various sectors, including plumbing, skilled trades, field sales, inside sales, customer service, dispatch, installation, and operations.

• Identify candidates through Facebook and local Facebook groups, trade and industry networks, local job boards, competitor analysis, referral networks, social media, direct outreach, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and other innovative methods.

• Acquire knowledge about the Orange County market from an international perspective and determine where local talent congregates.

• Evaluate success based on long-term retention and the quality of hires, rather than sheer hiring volume.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.

• Proven experience in recruiting for U.S. companies or clients.

• Strong skills in outbound sourcing techniques.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strategies, job boards, and ATS platforms.

• Experience in sourcing candidates via Facebook, social communities, or other unconventional channels.

• Exceptional spoken and written English skills.

• Quick, resourceful, and highly self-motivated.

• Experience in recruiting for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, construction, skilled trades, or sales roles is a significant advantage.

• Availability from Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time.

• Willingness to participate in a brief recorded video interview if selected.
