This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution of travel fulfillment tasks for flights, accommodations, and associated services.

• Guarantee the prompt issuance of tickets, confirmations, and travel-related documents.

• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to meet customer needs effectively.

• Manage modifications to bookings, cancellations, refunds, and reissues.

• Track fulfillment performance and assess service quality metrics.

• Efficiently address operational challenges and escalations.

• Ensure adherence to company protocols and travel policies.

• Mentor junior team members and take part in initiatives aimed at operational excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Over 3 years of experience in travel fulfillment or travel operations.

• Exceptional attention to detail and operational precision.

• Capability to handle multiple priorities within tight deadlines.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
