Senior Frontend Engineer – Fintech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance contemporary, scalable web applications utilizing React and TypeScript.

• Create, manage, and expand reusable component libraries along with design system patterns.

• Convert intricate financial datasets and workflows into straightforward, dependable user experiences.

• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to translate business needs into scalable product functionalities.

• Connect frontend applications with backend APIs and microservices.

• Improve frontend performance, code maintainability, and implement automated testing.

• Lead technical direction and architectural decisions across the platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be located in or close to New York City (NYC).

• Valid and existing U.S. work authorization is required.

• Over 5 years of practical software engineering experience focusing on frontend development.

• Advanced skills in React, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.

• Extensive experience in component-based architecture and in creating or maintaining reusable UI libraries or Design Systems.

• Proficient in integrating client applications with complex, API-driven backends and managing intricate data structures.

• Strong practices in unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.

• Solid product intuition and capability to navigate partially defined requirements in conjunction with Product and Design teams.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
