Senior Frontend Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create the Athena application with creativity and commitment

• Collaborate with the Product Owner and development team to estimate efforts

• Establish requirements to ensure well-defined project scopes

• Assume responsibility for the iPad application and other frontend elements

• Utilize React Native, React, and Rails across various components

• Work alongside software developers of all experience levels

• Engage in collaborative code reviews

• Enhance and learn the codebase through pair programming activities

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in software development

• Comprehensive understanding of REST APIs

• Capability to produce clean, tested code

• Proficient in React (Native) or a comparable JavaScript framework

• Familiarity with native iOS development is advantageous

• Proficient in English

• Knowledge of German is a plus

• Organized and self-motivated working style

• Strong documentation skills are essential

• Open to critical thinking and diverse perspectives
