Senior Frontend Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with UX Designers to ensure products align with end-user expectations

• Engage in various projects including HTML Email Campaigns, Ad Banners, Touch Screen Kiosks, Interactive Experiences, Web Applications, and User Metrics collection

• Convert requirements into elegant, scalable software solutions

• Work in close partnership with Backend developers to create comprehensive full stack solutions

• Produce maintainable, robust code with test coverage following industry best practices

• Lead the strategy for automation testing coverage

• Enhance web pages for optimal speed, scalability, and security

• Sustain existing codebases and further enhance offerings for clients

• Create high-quality, responsive layouts with a focus on user experience

• Participate in an agile, collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment

• Provide mentorship to junior team members and conduct code reviews

• Report directly to the Head of Software Engineering

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of modern web applications and associated technology stacks

• Experience in building and maintaining public cloud applications

• Proficiency in React and TypeScript, or other programming languages

• Several years of practical experience with React in a production environment

• Strong understanding of CSS

• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and testing practices

• Knowledge of progressive enhancement and accessibility principles

• Familiarity with Lighthouse metrics and frontend performance optimization

• Proficient with version control systems, preferably Git and GitHub

• Understanding of test automation processes for maintaining code quality

• Familiarity with event modeling and event-driven architectures

• Ideally, experience with WordPress, SEO, and Google Analytics
