Senior Front End Engineer – React.js

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with a leading client in the Retail/Beverage sector as a Front End Engineer.

• Create new features utilizing JavaScript or TypeScript along with React.js.

• Support existing features by addressing bugs and issues.

• Manage assigned Product Backlog Items (PBIs) and tasks effectively.

• Deploy code to various environments and coordinate with SQA regarding delivery.

• Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, and Planning sessions.

• Liaise with the Scrum Master or development team to clarify requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Over 6 years of experience in front-end development.

• Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+) and/or TypeScript, HTML, and Tailwind CSS.

• Strong expertise in React.js, Redux, and Redux Toolkit.

• Practical experience with React Native.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, particularly Amplitude API and/or RudderStack API.

• Experience with Unit Testing tools such as Jest and React Testing Library, along with Git and CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).

• Knowledgeable in Responsive Design, Accessibility (a11y), Performance Optimization, and Debugging techniques.

• Conversational proficiency in English.

• Preferred: Experience with Backend technologies, C#, and .Net Core.
