This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +3 more states.
• The Senior Consultant in AI/Data is responsible for leading specific workstreams and providing sophisticated AI and data solutions.
• This position merges technical prowess, client interaction, and the mentorship of junior team members while promoting the practical application of AI.
• Design and execute scalable AI and data solutions from initial requirements through to deployment.
• Create, test, and fine-tune fraud and FinCrime prevention and detection algorithms across various programming languages.
• Develop and enhance machine learning models along with analytics workflows.
• Oversee data engineering initiatives, including ETL pipelines and cloud-based data architectures.
• Collaborate with clients to pinpoint AI use cases and convert business requirements into actionable solutions.
• Take ownership of client deliverables and assist in preparing presentations for executive audiences.
• Guide C2 consultants and evaluate their technical work.
• Ensure that solutions are compliant with governance, security, and responsible AI standards.
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Due to our contractual obligations, candidates must reside within the United States and be U.S. citizens.
• Must be capable of OBTAINING and MAINTAINING a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST".
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in AI, data science, analytics, or engineering.
• Strong development skills in Python/R, SQL, and data modeling.
• Familiarity with various data structure formats such as CSV/TXT, JSON, XML, and Parquet.
• Practical experience in developing, testing, and validating machine learning and other AI models at scale.
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) including data and ML services.
• Experience using data visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to convey complex ideas to non-technical audiences.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in applying data analytics and artificial intelligence in the domains of financial crime compliance and/or fraud, waste, and abuse prevention.
