Senior FP&A Revenue Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop the revenue strategy and forecasts: Collaborate with key stakeholders to create the annual plan and monthly forecasts in accordance with corporate planning and forecasting standards.

• Improve forecasting methodologies and tools: Enhance current forecasting processes/models and assess existing tools and deliverables for their effectiveness and usability.

• Provide actionable insights: Create analytics and ad hoc reports that deliver critical insights into the business, including scenario and variance analysis across different periods, accounts, and properties.

• Control the narrative: Generate reporting and analysis that features clear variance storytelling, articulating discrepancies versus forecast, budget, and previous periods.

• Assist in quarter-end and earnings preparation: Aid in quarter-end close support and the preparation for quarterly earnings calls, including the development of executive-ready analysis and materials.

• Drive process enhancements (automation-focused): Identify opportunities for process improvements—such as better tool utilization, process automation, report consolidation/enhancements, and improved communication/data transitions—and support their implementation.

• Serve as a key resource across systems: Acquire knowledge and expertise in multiple financial systems and processes to offer support and training as required.

• Cultivate trust and credibility: Build credibility through respectful and thoughtful engagement, meticulous attention to detail, professional integrity, and financial acumen.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.

• 3–5+ years of proven Finance and/or Accounting experience.

• Background in corporate budgeting or financial planning and analysis.
