Senior FP&A Analyst – Global Lease

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement leasing strategies

• Oversee all aspects of the lease portfolio

• Serve as a liaison among teams during the procurement process

• Execute new lease agreements and verify contracts

• Offer financial forecasting assistance

• Create standardized processes for lease tracking

• Bachelor's degree in a business, technical, or analytical discipline

• Experience in financial modeling and forecasting

• Demonstrated experience in managing and leasing data center equipment

• Excellent organizational and analytical capabilities
