Senior FP&A Analyst – Global Lease

📋 Description

• Create and implement leasing strategies that are in line with the infrastructure growth plan.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for financing partners.

• Oversee all aspects of the lease portfolio.

• Manage equipment requirements and orders across various teams.

• Ensure the smooth operational execution of new leases.

• Provide support for financial forecasting.

• Develop and uphold processes for lease intake.

• Act as the main liaison for program stakeholders.

• A bachelor's degree in a business, technical, or analytical discipline (such as Business Administration or Economics).

• Experience in financial modeling and forecasting.

• Knowledge of accounting and finance principles.

• Demonstrated experience in managing and leasing data center equipment.

• Excellent organizational, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
