• Assist in the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-term planning across various business units.
• Evaluate monthly actuals compared to budget and forecast, pinpoint significant variances, and provide insightful, decision-ready commentary to senior stakeholders.
• Take ownership of the 13-Week Cash Flow forecast model and reporting schedule, monitoring DSO, DPO, and working capital drivers — delivering insights directly to senior leadership.
• Manage and oversee OneStream, handling data inputs across several business units and creating reports utilized in monthly financial reporting and planning processes.
• Create and sustain financial models and dashboards that offer real-time, actionable insights into business performance.
• Ensure accuracy in all reporting and analytical efforts, employing a rigorous check-and-balance process for every deliverable before it reaches leadership.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc financial reports and presentations for executive leadership and private equity sponsors, as well as quarterly financial reports for lenders.
• Advocate for the integration of AI tools and Microsoft Copilot to enhance financial workflows, automate reporting tasks, and introduce best-in-class operational practices throughout the team.
• Over 5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar analytical role; a career trajectory from accounting into FP&A is highly preferred.
• Experience with OneStream is essential; proven ability to manage data inputs, create reports, and facilitate cross-functional planning processes within the platform.
• Experience in a late-stage, PE-backed company environment; familiarity with supporting scaled operations and reporting to institutional investors is a significant advantage.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is mandatory; CPA, CMA, or MBA is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Excel and financial modeling; experience with Sage or Power BI is a plus.
• Proven capability to implement or support technology-driven process enhancements, including AI-driven workflow automation.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a reliable, repeatable check-and-balance process for financial outputs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of working cross-functionally and presenting financial insights clearly and confidently.
