Senior Forward Deployed Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the technical success during clinic implementations and ongoing enhancements.

• Identify and address discrepancies in configuration, data flow, integrations, and workflow design.

• Develop production-quality code, create and sustain integrations, and troubleshoot production challenges.

• Manage comprehensive technical execution for significant clinic partners.

• Recognize and rectify the differences between the intended platform configuration and actual customer outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical customer-facing positions.

• Demonstrated ability to oversee and execute complex technical implementations from start to finish.

• Strong expertise in converting unclear operational workflows into well-defined technical systems and integrations.

• Experience working with APIs, data systems, and backend services without heavily depending on separate engineering teams.

• Background in healthcare, clinical, or highly operational fields is a significant advantage.

• Proficiency in at least one backend programming language (Python is highly preferred).

• Extensive experience with REST APIs and system integrations.

• Familiarity with SQL and structured data systems.
