Interview Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Albania.

📋 Description

• Conduct interviews—Guide an interview using Karat's platform. Ensure a positive experience for candidates while assessing their essential coding abilities and technical expertise.

• Assess—Offer feedback on the candidate's performance, coding style, communication proficiency, responses to knowledge questions, and their coding methodology.

• Collaborate—Work in partnership with Karat to evaluate content, processes, and products.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer

• Exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal) with a strong degree of professionalism and interpersonal abilities

• Consistent access to a functioning webcam, microphone, and a reliable Internet connection

• Prior experience in conducting technical interviews is advantageous (e.g., in data structures, algorithms)
