Senior Flutter Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create, enhance, and sustain applications and web experiences utilizing Flutter, transforming product ideas, initial briefs, and design concepts into delivered features.

• Collaborate closely with the founder, CTO, and designer to convert business objectives into actionable product decisions and intuitive user experiences.

• Design responsive, reliable, and scalable interfaces, encompassing API, backend, and third-party integrations essential for comprehensive product support.

• Act swiftly and make informed technical choices in a lean environment, balancing speed, quality, maintainability, and user experience.

• Take ownership of iteration and enhancement across features, releases, debugging, and post-launch improvements.

• Contribute to team dynamics by helping to establish standards, workflows, documentation, and overall product delivery practices.

• Employ AI tools judiciously to enhance speed, quality, and execution while maintaining sound judgment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software development, with substantial hands-on proficiency in Flutter/Dart and a proven history of building and launching real applications or digital products.

• Strong instincts for product building and front-end development, with a keen eye for UX/UI quality, usability, responsiveness, and performance.

• Familiarity with the core languages and tools necessary for developing and supporting modern digital products, including Dart, JavaScript, NodeJS, MySQL, GCP, API/JSON-based integrations, and version control systems like Git.

• Capability to work collaboratively with founders, designers, and non-technical stakeholders, translating broad concepts or vague directions into practical, well-executed product decisions.

• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and technical judgment skills, with the ability to work autonomously and build effectively in a fast-paced, lean environment.

• Strong communication skills, a sense of ownership, and the maturity to balance speed, quality, and maintainability while keeping the overall product vision in mind.

• Preferred (Your advantage): Experience in developing your own applications, side projects, MVPs, or founder-led products from inception to launch across both mobile and web platforms, particularly in dynamic product environments.

• Extensive experience with tools and services commonly utilized in modern product development, such as Firebase, cloud platforms, analytics, authentication, and push notifications.

• Strong product intuition and the ability to propose improved methods for development, rather than merely executing given tasks.

• Experience collaborating closely with designers to bring polished interfaces to life with high fidelity.

• Comfortable utilizing AI-assisted development tools in a practical and disciplined manner.
