This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Connect and integrate systems across the organization. Ensure the seamless interaction of existing tools utilized by our teams — including HRIS, finance and accounting systems, CRM, marketing platforms, ticketing, identity, source control, and monitoring — into dependable, well-documented workflows.
• Facilitate data movement and initiate actions across areas currently requiring manual copy-pasting between tabs.
• Automate workflows comprehensively. Collaborate with stakeholders in HR, Finance, Marketing, IT, DevOps, and R&D to pinpoint high-friction processes, design automation solutions, implement them, and maintain their functionality. You are responsible for the results, not just the development.
• Promote internal AI adoption. Build and manage MCP servers, internal AI tools, and AI-driven automations that enable employees to engage securely with LLMs using our data and systems. Establish the standards for the responsible integration of AI into internal workflows.
• Oversee the internal tool ecosystem. Assess, implement, and regulate automation and integration platforms (such as Power Automate, Windmill, n8n, Zapier, and similar). Determine the tools we utilize, the timing, and the rationale. Manage the platforms themselves — including upgrades, access control, secrets management, and monitoring.
• Conduct FinOps for internal tools. Monitor expenses across SaaS and automation platforms, identify inefficiencies, optimize licenses, assign costs to relevant teams, and report on ROI. Maintain a streamlined internal stack. Be the primary contact for inquiries regarding automation possibilities, assess requests, define project scopes, challenge ineffective ideas, and educate stakeholders on available options.
• Over 5 years of experience in roles related to integration, automation, internal tooling, or platform engineering.
• Practical knowledge of at least one of the following: Power Automate, Windmill, n8n, Zapier — along with the curiosity and discernment to learn others and know which tool to use when needed.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and PowerShell — you can read the code and comprehend its structure and logic.
• Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem: Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, Key Vault, Storage, Monitor), Graph API, SharePoint, Teams.
• Fluency in APIs: REST, webhooks, OAuth/OIDC, rate limiting, retries, idempotency — you’ve debugged authentication flows at late hours and know where to investigate.
• Experience in building or integrating with LLM-based tools — including MCP, function calling, prompt orchestration, RAG patterns, or similar.
• Awareness of FinOps: you have led or contributed to a SaaS/cloud cost reduction initiative and can discuss specifics.
• Proficient in stakeholder management: you can converse with a Finance lead about a reconciliation process in the morning and collaborate with a DevOps engineer on a webhook in the afternoon.
• Possess a greenfield mindset: comfortable making decisions with incomplete information, establishing standards, and revisiting them as you gain insights.
• Remote-first and asynchronous-friendly environment with a flat organizational structure.
• High standards for engineering, product, and business practices.
• A culture that prioritizes personal growth alongside business achievements.
