Senior Flight Guidance Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with operations and pilot teams to define the capabilities and requirements of guidance systems.

• Create features for guidance systems that seamlessly integrate with flight control systems and pilot displays.

• Develop and implement flight guidance algorithms within both simulation and flight software environments.

• Analyze and reduce data from simulations, lab work, and flight tests.

• Assess the performance and behavior of guidance systems through simulation, hardware-in-the-loop testing, and flight test scenarios.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree in aerospace engineering, robotics, or a related field.

• Over 8 years of professional experience in developing guidance or motion planning algorithms for real-time vehicle systems.

• Proficient in C/C++ and Python software development.

• Strong communication skills to effectively convey system behavior to end users.
