Senior Financial Systems Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Ensure that Addi’s essential financial data remains accurate, reconciled, and ready for audits.

• Maintain a consistent daily reconciliation rate across key subledgers.

• Provide impeccable data support during the month-end closing process.

• Achieve comprehensive UAT coverage and approval for system changes that impact finance.

• Maximize uptime for automated reconciliation workflows.

• Implement AI-assisted processes within the finance department.

• Keep a prioritized testing backlog for all SaaS integrations actively managed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of direct experience in financial operations.

• Strong understanding of month-end data quality standards.

• Demonstrated ability to convert business and accounting requirements into organized UAT scenarios.

• Proficient in SQL (or equivalent query languages).

• Actively utilizes AI tools (such as Claude, Copilot).

• Hands-on experience in building, deploying, or testing AI agents within finance or accounting.

• Highly self-motivated in balancing routine daily operations with forward-looking testing tasks.

• Able to convert complex data or system issues into understandable written explanations.
